Our aim is to make choosing the right conservatory, through to completion as stress free as possible.
A picture speaks a thousand words!. We'll provide a CAD drawing of your new conservatory at the quotation stage for you to approve or ammend. This provides a great way for you to visualise how it will look once completed.
Approximately 60% of new conservatories will require planning. There are no fixed "do's and dont's" regarding planning, but we've put together a guide that should help anticipate if planning will be required.
Conservatories on listed buildings, national parks, Broads Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, conservation areas and World Heritage Sites will require planning permission.
As Devon's leading conservatory installer, we supply and install a wide range of styles of conservatories in Exmouth, Exeter and surrounding Devon.
Victorian Conservatoris are classic and elegant in design. Their sharp, crisp angled roof is softened by its facets, providing a rounded and styled look.
Whether you prefer three or five facets, equal sized or wide fronted styles, its versatility and pleasing aesthetics make it suitable for all properties. Decorative finials and crestings are optional. We can provide plain finials and crestings for a simple, clean and crisp look if you prefer.
Our Victorian Conservatories are made to your exact requirements. You have complete control over the look of your conservatory, from the position of the doors, to the colour of the frames - inside and out.
For properties where height is restricted (such as bungalows), a hipped back roof can be used as shown above. This is combined with an integral Aluminium box gutter to take rain water from both property and conservatory.
Your new conservatory can be manufactured from a choice of materials to suit your property style, budget and vision.
As an indication, PVCu conservatories are usually at the lower end of pricing followed by aluminium and then hardwood.
We are always happy to provide alternative quotations for different options, so that you can choose which is best for you.
