Plastering, rendering and making good

Every single project we undertake includes making good. Whether this involves plastering or rendering, we use time served plasterers to leave your property exactly as we found it.

Building bases and alterations

From a complete conservatory base, to opening a window into a set of French doors or installing a new window including lintol, we can provide the complete service.

All building works comply with building regulations (where specified r essential) and certification is provided upon completion. We can also take care of building notices, conservation and planning applications.

Electrics and Plumbing

We use fully qualified electricians and gas engineers. Once again, all works comply with current building regulations.

  • Wiring for lighting
  • Electric roof vents (conservatories)
  • Underfloor heating
  • New radiators or moving existing boilers
  • Electric Dimplex heaters
  • Moving radiators and new pipework
Carpentry, flooring and tiling

Our fully qualified carpenters are able to provide new skirting boards, window cills, architraves.

We can also install new real wood or laminate flooring of your choice. Just let us know what you'd like and we can give you a quote for fitting.
